- Queso fresco - 100 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped tomatillos, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a simple sauce.
- Spread the tomatillo sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Evenly distribute the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and corn kernels on top of the sauce.
