- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado, sliced - 1 small
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
