  • Chipotle in adobo sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado, sliced - 1 small
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
