  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast - 150 grams
  • Chipotle in adobo sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Diced tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chipotle in adobo, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
