  • Jalapeño - 1 small, seeds removed and minced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Corn - 100 grams, cooked
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a blender, combine the tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create the salsa verde.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread a generous layer of salsa verde over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the salsa verde.
  7. Top the pizza with sliced red onion, bell pepper, and cooked corn.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
