- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Low-fat mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the tomato sauce, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
