Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roast the poblano peppers directly over a gas flame or under the broiler until the skin is charred and blistered. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let steam for about 10 minutes.
- Once the peppers are cool, peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and slice them into strips.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
