  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4 medium
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado, sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the seasoned chicken evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Arrange the sliced red onion and bell pepper over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Top with fresh cilantro and avocado slices before serving.
