- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4 medium
- Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado, sliced - 1/2 medium
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the seasoned chicken evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Arrange the sliced red onion and bell pepper over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
