  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced (any color) - 50 grams
  • Corn kernels (fresh or canned) - 50 grams
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
