  • Corn kernels - 100 grams (fresh or frozen)
  • Black beans - 100 grams, rinsed and drained
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Cotija cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Evenly distribute the roasted and sliced poblano peppers over the dough.
  5. Add the thinly sliced red onion, corn kernels, and black beans on top of the poblano peppers.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by the crumbled cotija cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
