- Avocado - 1 medium
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams
- Lime - 1 unit
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mole sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the cooked black beans, fresh spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion evenly over the mole sauce.
- Sprinkle the low-fat mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- While the pizza is baking, slice the avocado and prepare the cilantro.
