  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Corn kernels - 100 grams, cooked
  • Oaxaca cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the refried black beans evenly on top.
