- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and red onion until translucent.
