  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1/2, sliced
  • Corn kernels - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine cilantro, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create a cilantro pesto.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the cilantro pesto over the pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto.
  7. Top with diced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, zucchini slices, and corn kernels.
