- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Corn kernels - 100g, fresh or frozen
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Light mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Spread the chipotle sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
- In a bowl, mix the black beans, bell pepper, red onion, corn, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
