  • Jalapeño, sliced - 1 small
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado, sliced - 1/2
  • Lime - 1 for juice
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, crush the chicharrón into a fine crumb texture.
  3. Press the crushed chicharrón into a round pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the chicharrón crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until it is crispy.
