  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Jalapeño - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado and mix it with lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
