  • Black beans - 150 grams, drained and rinsed
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the pico de gallo. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
