- Water - 150 ml
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, fresh lime juice, and water until well combined.
