  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced

  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
