Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create noodles. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
