- Diced tomatoes (canned) - 200 grams
- Black beans, drained and rinsed - 100 grams
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

- Fresh cilantro, chopped - for garnish

Steps
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
