- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lime (juiced) - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (grated, optional) - 30 grams
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small cup of pasta water.
