- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

- Parmesan cheese (optional) - 30 grams, grated
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chayote to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
