  • Vegetable broth - 200 ml
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional) - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
