- Cherry tomatoes - 150g, halved
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
