  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150g, halved
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
