- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (halved)
- Red onion - 1/4 (finely chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Grated cheese (optional) - 30 grams
Steps
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the cilantro sauce.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped red onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
