  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sour cream - 50 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds to soften, then stir until well combined.
  3. Add chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture and shape it into a flat oval on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, leaving space between each.
