- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sour cream - 50 grams (for serving)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds to soften, then stir until well combined.
- Add chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
