Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina, water, sugar, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a thin circle about 10 cm in diameter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
