Ingredients

  • Watermelon - 200 grams
  • Pineapple - 100 grams
  • Mango - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint leaves - a handful

Steps

  1. Chop the watermelon, pineapple, and mango into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, coconut milk, agave syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the paletas.
