Ingredients
- Watermelon - 200 grams
- Pineapple - 100 grams
- Mango - 100 grams
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh mint leaves - a handful
Steps
- Chop the watermelon, pineapple, and mango into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, coconut milk, agave syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the paletas.
