Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the diced nopales to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender and their sliminess has reduced.
  4. Stir in the diced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
