  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Sour cream (or Halal yogurt) - 50 grams
  • Jalapeños (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Diced tomatoes - 50 grams
  • Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the drained black beans, salt, and ground cumin, cooking for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. On a baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly and top with the warm black bean mixture, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
