  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional for heat)

Steps
