  • Vegetable broth - 150 ml
  • Salt - to taste

  • Corn tortillas - 4
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
