Ingredients

  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2

  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, mole sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal patties.
