Steps
- Wash and dice the zucchini into small pieces, about 1 cm in size.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and red bell pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and zucchini to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and slightly golden.
