- Canned hominy, rinsed and drained - 400 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

- Add the zucchini and mushrooms, cooking for another 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
