  • Heavy cream - 1/3 cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 1/3 cup
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping) - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with erythritol and vanilla extract until frothy.
