  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Walnuts - 100 grams, chopped
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a small tart pan (approximately 20 cm).
  4. In another bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, heavy cream, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the walnut mixture into the tart crust and spread evenly.
