- Iceberg lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) - 50 grams
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Diced tomatoes - 50 grams
- Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper over the browned beef and mix well.
- Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves by carefully rinsing and patting them dry.
