  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) - 50 grams
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Diced tomatoes - 50 grams
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper over the browned beef and mix well.
  4. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
  5. While the beef is cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves by carefully rinsing and patting them dry.
  6. Once the beef is ready, take a lettuce leaf and spoon some of the seasoned beef into the center.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  8. Repeat for the remaining lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
