Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, and salt to form a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small disc, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the discs for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and ground beef, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. To assemble, place the cooked beef on top of each almond flour disc.
  7. Top with diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
