Ingredients
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Avocado - 1 medium, diced
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small disc, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the discs for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- To assemble, place the cooked beef on top of each almond flour disc.
- Top with diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
