Ingredients

  • Chorizo - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 60 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sliced jalapeños - 2 tablespoons (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and the chorizo. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and well combined with the chorizo.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
