- Pork shoulder - 300 grams, diced
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1, diced
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large oven-safe pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the diced pork shoulder to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven, baking for 40 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the lime juice.
- Serve hot, topped with sliced radishes, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
