  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Diced tomatoes (canned) - 200 grams
  • Green chili peppers (canned) - 50 grams
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
