  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium
  • Yellow onion - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Avocado - 1 small (for serving)
  • Sour cream - 100 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, slice the red and green bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the marinated chicken with the sliced vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated with the marinade.
