- Cooked chicken breast - 200 grams, shredded
- Keto-friendly enchilada sauce - 240 ml
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
