  • Heavy cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Pinch of salt - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine almond milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it is well combined and heated through, but do not let it boil.
