Ingredients

  • Shrimp, raw - 300 grams
  • Lime juice - 60 ml
  • Tomato, diced - 100 grams
  • Cucumber, diced - 100 grams
  • Red onion, finely chopped - 50 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 30 grams
  • Jalapeño, finely chopped - 1 small
  • Avocado, diced - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice and shrimp. Let it marinate for 15 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque.
