  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Cotija cheese - 30 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the steak is marinating, spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
