Ingredients
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mole sauce - 100 grams
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the beef mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, spoon a generous amount of mole sauce over each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to heat the sauce through.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
- To assemble the burgers, place each beef patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with mole sauce, avocado slices, tomato, and red onion. Wrap the lettuce around the filling like a bun.
