  • Tomato - 1, sliced

  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chorizo, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
