Ingredients

  • 400g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 whole grain burger buns
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, habanero pepper, garlic, cilantro, breadcrumbs, egg, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
